TITAN Engagement

TITAN Engagement is an internal tool operated by Mybiz Technologies Vietnam Company Ltd. It helps the company's founder, Sibojyoti Chatterjee, prepare, approve and publish posts and comments on his own LinkedIn profile. It is not a public product: nobody else can sign up for it or connect a LinkedIn account to it.

What the tool handles

• His LinkedIn member identifier and the access token LinkedIn issues when he gives consent on LinkedIn's own permission screen.
• The exact text of each post or comment he approves.
• LinkedIn's reference for a post he chooses to comment on, and the reference LinkedIn returns for what was published.

What the tool does not do

• It publishes nothing he has not approved word for word. There is no automatic or bulk commenting.
• It does not post, comment or message as any company Page, and does not send direct messages or connection requests.
• It does not collect, store or build profiles of other LinkedIn members.
• It does not sell information or use it for advertising, lead generation or training artificial-intelligence models.

How it is used and kept

The information is used for one purpose: to publish what he has approved, once, on his own profile. Draft wording is prepared with the help of AI writing assistants supplied by third-party providers; a draft is only a suggestion until he approves the final text. The access token is held in an access-controlled secrets store and is deleted when it expires or is withdrawn. Records of what was published are kept while the tool is in use. Nothing is shared with anyone else, other than LinkedIn, where the post or comment is published.

Withdrawing access

Access can be withdrawn at any time in LinkedIn under Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services. The tool then stops working immediately.
